 CLM Productivity Workshop

A CLM Productivity Workshop last 2 - 5 days and facilitates the process of understanding a customer's business priorities and identifying solution opportunities, which can take anywhere from many weeks to several months using traditional methods. The workshop feeds off a prevalent trend of doing more with less by maximizing technology investments.

Led by CLM Matrix, the workshop is a collaborative discovery exercise focused on a strategic contract process. Our contract process experts spend two days with you examining and documenting the identified contract process. The deliverables are a comprehensive Visio process workflow diagram, a gap analysis report comparing the current processes and technologies against potential future solutions. The information is formally presented back to the customer and prototype solutions are demonstrated.
